AI Features
Loune includes AI-powered wellness features designed to provide personalized guidance. Exercise Library
Loune uses exercise content and videos provided through MuscleWiki. When viewing exercise content, limited technical information may be exchanged as required to deliver those services.
Wearable Integrations
If you choose to connect supported wearable services such as Fitbit or Oura, Loune may access information that you explicitly authorize, including activity or wellness data. These connections are optional. You may disconnect wearable integrations at any time. If a future version of Loune integrates with Apple Health, any access to Apple Health data will require your explicit permission and will be used only for providing app functionality.
